Shipping policy
AUSTRALIAN ORDERS
All orders are subject to availability and are sent via courier and are fully trackable; you will receive a confirmation email with details of your order. It is suggested that you provide a delivery address where a person will be available to accept your delivery between 9 am - 5 pm ACST. You agree to provide the correct delivery address and hold Regenesis harmless from any error in this regard. Otherwise, your parcel will be re-directed to the nearest post office/depot for collection. Regenesis may also need to deliver in instalments or through split orders if some products are not available at the time of purchasing. All orders are dispatched by the next business day and delivered within 3-5 business days.
MINIMUM SPEND
The minimum spend for an order is AUD $45 (inclusive of GST).

Once orders are placed, they are not able to be edited, added to or cancelled.
If you place your order over a weekend or on a public holiday it will be processed and sent out over the following business days (Monday – Friday).
Please note: Shipping times are a guideline and subject to change. You may experience slightly longer delivery times during peak periods (Sales or Campaigns), due to wild weather, or due to other postal service delivery issues that are unforeseen or unavoidable events beyond Regenesis’ reasonable control. Online orders are processed and shipped in Adelaide, and so we follow any South Australian Public Holidays.
LOST OR DAMAGED GOODS
If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact our Customer Care team on (08) 72258810 Monday to Friday 9 am - 5 pm ACST or Contact Us. If you have not received your order within 7 working days, please contact us so that we can assist you.
TRACKING
You will receive an email with your tracking information once your order has been processed. For Express, this will be at approximately 10 pm on the evening the order is dispatched (weekdays only).
You can track the progress of your order through to shipment under ‘My Orders’ in the My Account section or by entering your order or tracking number here.
If you are unable to locate your tracking number, or if you have any questions about your shipped order please call us on (08) 72258810 Monday to Friday 9 am - 5 pm ACST or Contact Us and our Customer Care team will assist you with your enquiry.
AUTHORITY TO LEAVE (ATL)?
To minimise the risk of contracting or spreading COVID-19, all deliveries (at your delivery address or at the Post Office) will no longer require a signature. A courier or staff member will ask and record your name and acknowledge delivery in the system. Someone will need to be at the delivery address for this to occur, otherwise standard delivery procedures apply.
